Studio Policies

  1. Cell phones will be silenced during class. If you have to take or make a call please step outside so that you do not disturb others who are trying to learn.

  2. Class fees will be paid half at registration and half at the start of class.

  3. At registration you will be provided with a supply list or you may purchase a kit for the class.

  4. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, refunds or reschedules will be considered on a case by case basis. If the class is cancelled by the studio or instructor you will receive a full refund.

  5. Registration for all classes is required at least 24 hours before a class starts or the class may be cancelled.

  6. Class may be canceled in the event of adverse weather conditions. A good rule of thumb is that if the local schools are closed due to weather, so are we. If you aren’t sure, please call to confirm.
